KGHM Plans to Boost Copper Output by 40 Percent Through the End of Decade

Reuters reported that Polish miner KGHM plans to boost copper output by over 40 percent by 2020.

As quoted in the market report:

In our previous strategy we talked about producing 700,000 tonnes of copper annually by 2018. We will now set the bar higher,” CEO Herbert Wirth told Reuters in an interview.
