Mining Weekly.com reports that Hana Mining (TSXV:HMG) reports that it has experienced good results after conducting the first locked cycle tests performed on sulphide material from the chalcocite zone at its Ghanzi project, in north-western Botswana.
The report is quoted as saying:
The company recorded recoveries of 79,9% copper and a final copper concentrate grade of 52,5% from the metallurgical conventional flotation recovery testing.
The test data will be used to develop a process flow sheet by the end of the first quarter to identify further testing requirements and to develop capital and operating costs for the preliminary economic assessment (PEA).
