First Quantum Minerals (TSX:FM) has reported comparative earnings of US$128 million, net earnings attributable to shareholders of the company of US$61 million (US$0.09 per share) and cash flows from operating activities of US$439 million (US$0.64 per share) for the three months ended September 30, 2018.

The results include a US$31 million gain realized under the corporate copper sales hedge program.
