Copper Rallies as U.S. Retail-Sales Gain Tempers Concern Growth May Falter

Bloomberg reports that Copper surged for a second day after a jump in U.S. retail sales.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Copper futures for September delivery rose 0.35 cent, or 0.1 percent, to close at $4.0335 a pound at 1:24 p.m. on the Comex in New York.
