Red River Resources (ASX:RVR) has said that its Thalanga zinc-copper-lead operations in northern Queensland remain operational despite severe weather and flooding in the area.
The company said its employees had done an excellent job keeping operations going.
As quoted in the press release:
The Flinders Highway is temporarily closed at a number of locations between Charters Towers and Townsville due to flooding, however this is not expected to have any material impact on Thalanga at this stage.
