Vancouver, British Columbia: January 24, 2017. Northern Freegold Resources Ltd. (TSXV:NFR) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance to proceed with the change of its name to “Triumph Gold Corp”. Effective at market opening on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, the Company’s common shares will commence trading under its new name and ticker symbol “TIG” on the TSX Venture Exchange stock market.
