Nexus Gold Retains Trapeze Capital to Provide Market Making Services
Nexus Gold Corp. (“Nexus” or the “Company”) (TSXV:NXS, OTC:NXXGF, FSE:N6E) is pleased to announce that it has retained Trapeze Capital Corp. (“Trapeze”) to provide market-making services in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX.V”).
Nexus Gold Corp. (“Nexus” or the “Company”) (TSXV:NXS, OTC:NXXGF, FSE:N6E) is pleased to announce that it has retained Trapeze Capital Corp. (“Trapeze”) to provide market-making services in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX.V”). Under the terms of the agreement dated July 10, 2018 (the “Agreement”), Trapeze will receive compensation of $5,500 per month. Trapeze is will not receive any securities of the Company as compensation, however, Trapeze and its clients may acquire a direct interest in the securities of the Company in the course of its engagement. The Company and Trapeze are unrelated and unaffiliated entities; Trapeze is a member of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, a participating organization of TSX and a member of TSX.V. The capital and securities required for any trade undertaken by Trapeze as principal will be provided by Trapeze. The Agreement is for an initial term of six months and will automatically renew for additional 6-month periods unless terminated by the Company.
About the Company
Nexus Gold is a Vancouver-based gold exploration and development company operating primarily in Burkina Faso, West Africa. The Company is currently concentrating its efforts on establishing a compliant resource at one or more of it’s three current projects. The 38-square km Bouboulou project comprises no less than five established gold zones contained within three separate 5-km long gold trends. The adjacent 250-square km Rakounga gold concession extends the Bouboulou gold trends and currently contains three drill tested zones of mineralization. The Niangouela gold concession is a 178-square km project featuring high-grade gold occurring in and around a primary quartz vein and associated shear zone approximately one km in length.
