Knick Exploration : Option to Purchase 10 Claims in the Val-D'or Area

Knick Exploration (TSXV:KNX) is pleased to announce that, following its press release of February 1, 2017 concerning the option to acquire a 100% interest in 10 claims covering approximately 579 hectares in the Val-d’Or area, it has made a second payment of $5,000 to the prospector and issued to such prospector 150,000 common shares. To complete the exercise of the option, Knick will have to make additional cash payments and issuances of shares, as described in the press release of January 26, 2017.
Two grab samples taken by the optionee assayed 758 ppb and 490 ppb gold, 5.049g/t and 1.870 g/t palladium and 1.127 g/t and 0.402g/t platinum. Reconnaissance prospecting by Knick’s field crew has commenced and 11 preliminary samples have been taken and sent for analysis.
Knick has enlarged the property by map staking 43 claim cells which cover approximately 2,451 hectares (6,057 acres).
The sample results reported are from Actlabs, certificate of analysis 36708, July 26, 2016. Methods used were TMT-G5B for gold and TMT-G51 for platinum and palladium.
