Gold Tops $1,900 for First Time

Bloomberg reported that economic concerns boosted gold prices to a new high, above $1900.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Gold futures for December delivery gained $39.70, or 2.1 percent, to $1,891.90 an ounce at 5:15 p.m. in after-hours electronic trading on the Comex in New York.
