Gold Prices Edge Up Before Federal Reserve Meeting

Reuters reported that gold prices increased ahead of a US federal reserve monetary policy meeting.

As quoted in the market news:

Spot gold was up 0.4 percent at $1,644.61 an ounce at 1346 GMT, while U.S. gold futures for June delivery were up $13.50 an ounce at $1,646.10.
