Gold hits record high as the dollar falls

On Tuesday, Gold hit a record high above $1,323 an ounce as the euro rose to a session high versus the dollar.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Spot gold XAU= touched an all-time high at $1,324.15 an ounce and was at $1,324.20 an ounce by 0742 GMT, versus $1,315.20 an ounce on Monday.
