The market news is quoted as saying:
Under terms of the agreement Spirit Gold can earn an undivided 60% interest in the properties covering 8,665 hectacres in southeastern British Columbia, including the drill-ready Chenier, Enigma and Ruby Steel locations by spending $4.5 mln through February 2015.
