Canadian Business reported that Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp.’s (TSX:YNG) subsidiary will settle an employee lawsuit filed by workers at a Nevada mine.
The market news is quoted as saying:
The suit sought class-action status for roughly 400 employees who lost jobs when the mine 50 miles north of Elko was shut down due to financial troubles.
