The independent Technical Report was completed by Micon International Limited (“Micon”), titled “NI 43-101 F1 Technical Report, Updated Resources Estimate for the Douay Gold Project, Douay Township, Quebec, Canada” dated April 10, 2017 with an effective date of February 15, 2017.
