Australian uranium developers could service global supply weakness
Mining Weekly(editorial) reports the consumption for uranium will exceed the production causing a global shortfall by the year 2018 commented by Marmota Energy(ASX:MEU), an Australian uranium explorer.
Mining Weekly(editorial) reports the consumption for uranium will exceed the production causing a global shortfall by the year 2018 commented by Marmota Energy(ASX:MEU), an Australian uranium explorer.
The editorial is quoted as saying:
“Shortfall in supply is likely to ensue with the drop-off in uranium exploration globally due to the effects of the recent global financial crisis. It will be unlikely that this shortfall will be met, leaving significant opportunity for further spot price rises, as has been seen over recent months,” Kennedy said.
