ShaMaran Releases Share Capital Update

ShaMaran Petroleum (TSXV:SNM,NASDAQFIRSTNORTH:SNM) has released a correction for its January 21, 2019 press release, as required by Nasdaq First North. The updated announcement now includes the telephone number and email address of its certified advisor, Pareto Securities AB. There are no other material changes to the original news release.

The company reports the following share capital and voting rights update in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act.

As a result of the issuance in January 2019 of 2,000,000 common shares to Nemesia S.à.r.l., in connection with the previously disclosed Liquidity Guarantee provided in connection with the company’s July 2018 bond issue, the number of issued and outstanding shares of the company is 2,160,631,534 common shares with voting rights.
