Increase in Power Tariffs Pressures Manganese Producers

Steel Guru reported that the manganese is feeling pressure from a rise in power tariffs.

As quoted in the market news:

The National Development and Reform Commission raised industrial, commercial and agricultural power tariffs by an average of CNY 0.03 per kilowatt hour effective December 1st 2011.
