As quoted in the market news:

The CEOL gives a company the right to explore and exploit up to 100,000 metric tons of lithium anywhere in the country except for some areas currently under mining concessions, said Mr. Wagner. So far, 54 companies have bought the document containing the terms to participate in the tender, he said.
