Copper up 1 pct, tight supply supports

Reuters Africa reports that Copper prices on Monday rose about one percent.

The market news is quoted as saying:

The approval for the $115 billion rescue package for Ireland briefly lifted the euro from its two-month low, but
concerns on whether the deal was enough to stabilise the region’s financial conditions resurfaced and drove the single currency down.
