AIM Round-Up: Pantheon Resources and Ferrum Crescent
Pantheon Resources and Ferrum Crescent were on the rise on the Alternative Investment Market this week.
This week, the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) All-Share index (INDEXFTSE:AXX) saw some ups and downs before finishing the week up 9 points at 733.80.
Meanwhile, a number of resource companies managed to clock some gains on the AIM this week. Pantheon Resources (LSE:PANR) was up 45 percent for the week, finishing at GBP30.00 per share. On Wednesday, the oil and gas exploration and production company announced that its joint venture had spudded the VOS#1 well in Tyler County, East Texas. Iron focused Ferrum Crescent Limited (LSE:FCR) was also on the rise, gaining 29 percent for the week to close at GBP0.40.
On the downside, Herencia Resources (LSE:HER) lost 28 percent by close of day on Friday, finishing at GPB0.0934. The company is focused on advancing its Picachos copper project in Chile. Gold and iron ore focused explorer and developer Red Rock Resources (LSE:RRR) also saw its share price fall, losing 13.6 percent to close at $0.0216.
