As quoted in the market news:
The merger, which was first announced on March 1, would create a midtier resource company with a pipeline of platinum and nickel projects, including the Shakespeare mine, west of Sudbury, the Wellgreen project, in Yukon Territory, and Manitoba’s Lynn Lake project.
