Harmony Gold Looks To 150,000 Ounce Production Boost

Bloomberg reported that Harmony Gold (NYSE:HMY) said new projects could help it increase gold output by 150,000 ounces in 2013.

As quoted in the market news:

Harmony, based in Johannesburg, plans to increase output to counter damage caused to profits by rising electricity and labor costs in South Africa, where the company mines about 90 percent of its metal.
