Guyana Goldstrike Inc. (the “Company” or “Guyana Goldstrike”) (TSXV:GYA, OTC:GYNAF, FSE:1ZT) is pleased to report identification of previously unmapped outcrops along 1,100 metres of a magnetic quartzite-metachert trend on its Marudi Gold Project (“Marudi” or the “Property”) located in the Guiana Gold Belt, Guyana, South America.
North of Mazoa Hill, which is location of the present 43-101 resource, the geological team identified and mapped several weathered outcrops of magnetic quartzite-metachert, within a length of 1,100 metres. Twenty-five grab samples from four outcrops have returned and confirmed the presence of gold mineralization with gold values by fire assay up to 1.04 ppm Au.
Gold mineralization that is hosted in quartzite-metachert at Mazoa Hill is associated with a magnetic anomaly. This magnetic anomaly extends northerly from Mazoa Hill for approximately 1,700 metres. The identification of auriferous quartzite-metachert host rock on surface along the northerly trend of the magnetic anomaly indicates the importance of this exploration target.
The magnetic feature that coincides with the Mazoa Hill occurrence is considered underexplored. This strong linear magnetic anomaly trends both north and south of Mazoa Hill for a total length of approximately 5 km, of which about 7.5% has been tested by previous drilling.
Targets in the vicinity of Mazoa Hill offer the potential to expand known mineralization and to increase the mineral resource by exploratory drilling. The company is prioritizing drill targets for its planned 2019 phase one diamond drilling program.
Current Gold Zones and Mineral Resource Estimates at Marudi
The Mazoa Hill Zone contains the Company’s current mineral resource estimate. The Toucan Ridge area is located approximately one kilometre north of the Mazoa Hill zone. Data analyzed suggests that the mineralized zone is open at depth and to the southeast. Mazoa Hill zone mineral resource estimates:
- – 259,100 indicated gold ounces within 4,428,000 tonnes grading 1.80 g/t;
– 86,200 inferred gold ounces within 1,653,000 tonnes grading 1.60 g/t
For further information regarding the resource estimates, readers are encouraged to review the technical report “Marudi Property Mazoa Hill Mineral Resource Estimate”, available under the Company’s profile on SEDAR.
About Quartzite-metachert (Host Rock) at Marudi
At Marudi, all important gold mineralization discovered to date is associated with the medial quartzite-metachert (host rock) unit of the Marudi Mountain Formation. Gold occurs within the magnetite-hematite rich quartzite and in the magnetite-silicate iron formation. Mineralization of the host rock may be affected at surface by the erosion at different levels of the strata. Therefore, all discoveries of quartzite-metachert on the Property are considered important for the potential of containing mineralization at surface and/or at depth and should be explored through trenching and drilling.
Marudi Geology
Gold mineralization at Marudi is regarded as being related to iron-formation-hosted gold (“IFG”) deposits that occur in other cratonic greenstone belts around the world. These deposits can be remarkably long-lived with sizeable gold production. They have a strong association between gold and iron sulfide minerals, the presence of gold bearing quartz veins and structures, the occurrence of deposits in structurally complex terranes, and the absence of lead and zinc enrichment.
Examples of some existing IFG deposits are: the Homestake Mine, Lupin Mine, and Musselwhite Mine.
The Homestake Mine located in South Dakota USA and was the largest and deepest gold mine in North America. It has reported production of 43.9 million ounces of gold and was in production from 1878-2001. (Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homestake_Mine_(South_Dakota)
The Lupin Mine located in Nunavut, Canada, no longer in production, produced approximately 3 million ounces of gold. (Source: https://www.kinross.com/news-and-investors/news-releases/press-release-details/2003/Suspension-of-Operations-at-the-Lupin-Mine/default.aspx)
The Musselwhite mine located in Ontario, Canada has estimated reserves of 2.29 million ounces of gold and is owned and operated by Goldcorp and will be in production until 2020. (Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musselwhite_mine)
About the Marudi Gold Project
The Company is developing the Marudi Gold Project located in Guyana, South America. The project has 18-year mining license in good standing, all-season road access, infrastructure in place, with an established camp serviced by employees, service buildings, and a full-time camp manager. The Property has three known gold bearing areas: the alluvial areas, the saprolite, and the underlying hard-rock.
There has been 42,000 metres of historic diamond drilling (141 holes) completed on the project by prior operators that have delineated two zones of mineralization: Mazoa Hill and Marudi North zones. The Company has recently completed a mineral resource estimate on the Mazoa Hill zone containing 259,100 indicated gold ounces within 4,428,000 tonnes grading 1.80 g/t and 86,200 inferred gold ounces within 1,653,000 tonnes grading 1.60 g/t. The Company has recently discovered a third mineralized zone: Toucan Ridge. This zone is the current focus of the Company’s 2018 trenching program. There exists excellent exploration upside for the further discovery of mineralized zones through the development of previously and newly identified mineralized bedrock targets on the project.
For information concerning the mineral resource estimate and the project, readers are encouraged to review “Technical Report: Marudi Property Mazoa Hill Mineral Resource Estimate”, a technical report prepared for the Company by Global Mineral Resource Services and is available at https://www.guyanagoldstrike.com/images/pdf/43101_Report_Guyana_Goldstrike_Mazoa_Hill_Zone_Jan_2018.pdf and under the Company’s profile on SEDARwww.sedar.com.
Sampling and Assaying
All samples collected during the trenching program were delivered by Guyana Goldstrike personnel to Activation Laboratories Ltd. (Actlabs), located in Georgetown, Guyana. Actlabs is ISO 17025 accredited and an ISO 9001:2008 qualified and certified assayer that performs and makes available internal assaying controls. Actlabs has more than 25 years’ experience and maintains complete analytical laboratories that perform high quality analysis for many industries around the world.
Two samples are collected from each interval in the trenches. The first sample is sent to Actlabs to be assayed either by fire assay for gold, or for gold by total metallic content, to account for free gold and nugget effect. The second sample is panned to determine if visible gold may be present; a count of gold points and dust is recorded.
All samples that are identified by the project geologist as quartzite-metachert (the typical host rock for gold mineralization at Marudi) are routinely sent to Actlabs for total metallic content. Sample intervals of any rock type that contain visible gold in panning are also assayed by total metallics.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Certified blanks and standards are systematically used in the trenching program as part of Guyana Goldstrike’s quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program. One blank and one standard are inserted into sample shipments at every 20th sample. Duplicates are also inserted into sample shipments.

Overview
GoldInxs Mining Corp. is a discovery-focused mineral exploration company dedicated to identifying and advancing high-potential copper-gold assets in proven geological belts. The Company's strategy centers on acquiring overlooked and underexplored projects with large-scale potential, applying modern exploration techniques to rapidly evaluate targets and unlock shareholder value through discovery.
The Company’s. common shares started trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in July 2026 under the symbol INXS, positioning itself to capitalize on favorable copper and gold market fundamentals.

Copper demand is forecasted to grow steadily through 2030, with the global copper market expected to expand to over US$340 billion by 2030, driven by electric vehicles, renewable energy and infrastructure growth.
On the other hand, gold continues to provide a safe-haven hedge against policy risks and market volatility, making GoldInxs’ dual focus on copper and gold particularly compelling for investors.
The Company’s portfolio is anchored by two priority projects: the Fishpot Project in central British Columbia, interpreted as an emerging, large epithermal system with strong infrastructure access and jurisdiction quality as well as early indications of blackwater-style mineralization, and the non-core Millar Project in the prolific B.C Golden Triangle, a district renowned for world-class discoveries. While surrounding deposits attracted billions of dollars in investment, Fishpot received only sporadic historical exploration despite widespread hydrothermal alteration and numerous anomalous gold, silver and copper results. Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Mine has announced tripling production with an intended $1.56B investment, which sits only 65 km from the Fishpot property.
Backed by a management team with expertise in exploration, project development and capital markets, GoldInxs is positioned to rapidly advance its assets, deliver near-term exploration catalysts and create shareholder value through discovery and strategic growth.
Company Highlights
- Mining-friendly jurisdiction: Projects are in British Columbia, which ranked second in Canada and 20th globally in the 2025 Fraser Institute investment attractiveness rankings.
- Flagship and district-scale assets: Portfolio is anchored by the flagship Fishpot Project (“Fishpot”) in central B.C., showing strong geological indicators of mineralization, blackwater-style mineralization potential and immense exploration upside potential with only 378 meters of historical drilling. Fishpot is strategically located in the same region as Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Mine and Evolution Mining’s optioned Clisbako property.
- Clear path to 2026 catalysts: GoldInxs secured a drill permit for an upcoming maiden 2,000-metre drill program at Fishpot, near-term exploration programs are designed to define mineralized systems, outline blackwater-style potential and create shareholder value following the completion of a 3D IP survey and drill targeting.
Key Projects
Fishpot Project

The Fishpot Project represents the cornerstone asset within the GoldInxs portfolio. Covering up to 5,500 hectares in Central British Columbia, and located ~95 km north of Quesnel, Fishpot hosts a large hydrothermal alteration system that exhibits many of the geological characteristics observed in major epithermal and intrusion-related gold systems throughout the region. Fishpot encompasses five claim blocks, held under an option to acquire 100 percent subject to a 2 percent NSR, representing a significant exploration opportunity in a highly prospective region.
Fishpot represents a largely untested hydrothermal mineral system where multiple independent exploration datasets, including gold-silver-copper surface geochemistry, alteration and geology, airborne magnetics, 3D IP chargeability/resistivity and identified epithermal-to-potential-porphyry target environments, are converging to define drill targets, despite only 378 metres of historical drilling across two holes.
Fishpot is situated within the highly prospective Stikine Terrane and is underlain by Hazelton Group volcanic rocks and intrusive units comparable to those associated with several significant deposits in British Columbia. Extensive quartz-sericite alteration, hydrothermal brecciation, pyrite mineralization and multi-element geochemical anomalies support the interpretation of a robust mineralizing system. Fishpot is strategically positioned near active and historical mining operations, including Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Deposit, Newton Gold Project, Capoose and 3Ts Project, underscoring its large-scale discovery potential. Importantly, based on early-exploration results, Fishpot shares several regional geological characteristics commonly associated with Blackwater-style gold systems, including felsic volcanics, strong alteration, pyrite-rich mineralization and gold-silver geochemical associations. Despite the similarities the Company cannot yet make any formal connections to the surrounding properties, nor can they guarantee that such deposits exist on their ground.
Fishpot Exploration Technology: GoldInxs advanced its Fishpot targeting program by combining a conventional 3D IP survey with emerging Virtual DRILL™ remote-sensing technology as an additional targeting layer, using multiple geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets to refine and prioritize targets ahead of a planned ~2,000-metre drill program.
Fishpot Drill Permit & Expansion: GoldInxs has received the required drilling permits and expanded Fishpot to 5,509 hectares, positioning the Company to proceed with its inaugural ~2,000-metre modern drill program on a property that has seen very limited historical drilling, while refining targets through integrated geological, geochemical and geophysical data.
Despite multiple encouraging exploration indicators, Fishpot has been subjected to only two historic drill holes totaling 378 metres, leaving the broader mineral system largely untested and providing significant leverage to future exploration success.
Recent exploration completed by GoldInxs generated the highest reported gold value on Fishpot to date, returning up to 5.65 g/t Au from surface sampling, while airborne geophysical surveys identified multiple coincident magnetic and geochemical anomalies that have strengthened the Company's exploration model and target pipeline.
The 2025 program returned rock samples of up to 5.65 g/t Au, 11.35 g/t Ag and 0.42% Cu, while historical work reportedly returned up to 4.36 g/t Au and 3.2% Cu.
The property exhibits the potential low-sulphidation epithermal targets at Fishpot North, intermediate-sulphidation signatures at Fishpot East, and a large central magnetic high being evaluated for potential porphyry mineralization at depth. The Company is focused on finalizing drill targeting and preparing for the inaugural diamond drill campaign at Fishpot in the coming months following completion of the IP survey. GoldInxs is preparing to drill-test a 5,509-hectare, largely undrilled hydrothermal system in central British Columbia where high-grade surface gold-silver-copper results, Blackwater-style geological characteristics and multiple coincident geophysical targets have converged to define a portfolio of high-priority exploration targets.
