Forum Announces $104,500 Flow Through Private Placement

Forum Energy MetalsĀ Corp. (TSXV:FMC) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up 1,900,000 flow through common shares at a price of $0.055 per flow through share for total proceeds of $104,500.

Forum Energy MetalsĀ Corp. (TSXV:FMC) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up 1,900,000 flow through common shares at a price of $0.055 per flow through share for total proceeds of $104,500.

The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all shares are subject to a four month hold period. Finderā€™s fees will be payable in connection with the private placement, all in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The proceeds from this financing will be used for exploration of the Companyā€™s Janice Lake copper project.
