Peru Mines Ministry Reports Declines in Mining Production

Mineweb.com reports that Peru has reported a decline in their mining sector, with a few exceptions- including tungsten.
The editorial is quoted as saying:

However, tungsten mining reported a 13% increase last year with 726 tonnes produced, compared to 716 tonnes mined in 2009.
