Lynas Still Can’t Begin Malaysia Rare Earth Imports

Bloomberg reported that Lynas Corp. (ASX:LYC) is still not approved to bring rare earths into Malaysia for processing.

As quoted in the market news:

Lynas needs to submit a letter detailing how it intends to fulfill five outstanding conditions before it can get a temporary operating license, Raja Abdul Aziz Raja Adnan, director-general of the Atomic Energy Licensing Board, said.
