E3 Metals has issued 56,015 common shares for services rendered pursuant to a consulting services agreement between the Company and Mr. John McNicol.

(TSXV:ETMC, FSE:OU7A, OTC:EEMMF) (the “Company” or “E3 Metals”) announces that the Company has issued 56,015 common shares for services rendered pursuant to a consulting services agreement between the Company and Mr. John McNicol dated January 17, 2019, which was previously approved by the TSX Venture Exchange.
