Cypress Development Corp. is pleased to announce that it has received an aggregate $817,199 from the exercise of share purchase warrants.
Cypress Development Corp. (TSXV:CYP, OTCQB:CYDVF, Frankfurt:C1Z1) (“Cypress” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received an aggregate $817,199 from the exercise of share purchase warrants. A total of 6,288,070 warrants were exercised since August 8, 2019 at $0.13 price and $0.125. The warrants were issued in connection with previous non-brokered private placement financings.
