American Battery Metals Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement with Strategic Investor
American Battery Metals Corp. announced that it proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement of common shares at a price of $0.20 per Share.
American Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:ABC) the “Company” or “American Battery”) today announced that it proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement of common shares (“Shares”) at a price of $0.20 per Share for gross proceeds of $500,000 (the “Private Placement”). The Company anticipates completing the financing with a strategic off-shore investment partner and expects to close the financing in February 2020.
The Company may pay finder’s fees in connection with the Private Placement and all securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four month hold period. Net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used by the Company for general working capital purposes.
