Tethyan Commences Metallurgical Testwork at Kizevak

The company said the test work is aimed at providing preliminary data from which more detailed optimization test work can be designed, and to give a basic indication of the grade-recovery curves for zinc, lead and silver.

Tethyan Resources (TSXV:TETH) has announced that it has submitted two composite samples for metallurgical test work at the Mining and Metallurgy Institute in Bor, Serbia.

The company said the test work is aimed at providing preliminary data from which more detailed optimization test work can be designed, and to give a basic indication of the grade-recovery curves for zinc, lead and silver.

As quoted in the press release:

Samples were selected from the two main styles of mineralization identified to date; massive sulphide vein breccias and fracture fill mineralization, and were collected from quarter-cut diamond drill core.

The company said completion of the test work will take approximately three months.
