Nevada Copper Provides Update On Construction Progress at Pumpkin Hollow

Nevada Copper (TSX:NCU) has released an update regarding construction progress made at the company’s Pumpkin Hollow project. The company has recently completed construction of utilities and ventilation infrastructure down the entire length of the East Main production shaft, which will enable work to commence at the 2770 and 2850 levels. Nevada Copper will now move on to complete lateral development of the East North ventilation shaft and start full lateral development on the 2770 level. At the East-North vent shaft, construction of the shaft headframe has been completed and commissioned.

Nevada Copper has also made significant progress at the surface level on its Pumpkin Hollow property. The company recently completed construction of the SAG mill foundation, with pedestal rebar currently being installed. According to Nevada Copper, approximately 60 percent of the equipment needed at Pumpkin Hollow has already been procured. The company intends to complete its equipment procurement in the near future before moving on to additional foundation work for the processing plant and construction of the company’s admin/dry building.
