Copper Price Today: Copper Drops After Hitting Week-High

Base Metals Investing Copper on the London Metal Exchange saw a slight dip of 0.2 percent on Wednesday, putting the metal at $6,427 a tonne, according to Reuters.

The drop comes as investors wait for economic data regarding Chinese industrial production, which is expected to grow from its six-year low, as noted by Reuters.
Meanwhile, copper on the Comex dropped 0.51 percent to hit $2.94 a pound, as noted by MarketWatch.
