Copper Dropped 2% at $3.6260 Per Pound

Reuters reported that copper dropped 2 percent at $3.6260 per pound due to an unexpected decline in European service-sector activity.

As quoted in the market news:

In New York, the May COMEX contract settled with a loss of 7.20 cents or nearly 2 percent at $3.6260 per lb, after dealing between $3.6035 and $3.6920.
