Chile Records Dip in Copper Production For November

Reuters reported that top copper exporter Chile saw production drop 7.3 percent this November in a year over year comparison. That makes for the fifth straight month of falling production numbers.

As quoted in the publication:

The Andean nation, home to a third of the world’s copper production, is struggling with dwindling ore grades in many of its aging deposits, although new mines are helping to boost output.
