Effective at the opening, Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the Company.

American CuMo Mining Corporation (TSXV: MLY) (OTC: MLYCF) (“CuMoCo” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange (the Exchange) issued a bulletin on Monday, November 2, 2020, stating that the Exchange has been advised that the cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission dated Nov. 2, 2018, has been revoked and that effective at the opening, Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the Company.

The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual and Special Shareholder Meeting on Tuesday January 12, 2021 at 10 am PST. Due to the COVID-19 virus, the meeting will be held as a virtual audio telephone meeting. More information will be provided later regarding the process and how to access the meeting.
