Australian strategic metals company TNG (ASX: TNG) is pleased to advise that Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NTEPA) has not requested any further information on its Environmental Impact Statement Addendum Report (EIS Addendum) for the mine site component of its flagship 100%-owned Mount Peake Vanadium-Titanium-Iron Project in the Northern Territory.
TNG’s Managing Director, Mr Paul Burton, said he was pleased that the EIS Addendum had fully addressed all of the matters raised previously in a manner acceptable to the NTEPA, with the Company now on track to conclude the EIS process for the mine site component of the project:

“APM were the right group to complete this process, and we were very impressed with their work and commitment to the Project. This is a significant milestone for both TNG and the Northern Territory and a great result for our development and permitting team after what has been a lengthy and rigorous process.
We are absolutely delighted to finish the year on this positive note, with the EIS process for the Mount Peake mine site now all but complete, allowing a decision on construction and mine development to move ahead next year subject to financing and other approvals.”
