The rights may be exercised beginning January 12, 2018 and will expire at 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on February 20, 2018.
Distribution of Rights

All holders of the Company’s common shares as at the close of business (Toronto Time) on December 1, 2017, were issued one right for every common share held. Certificates representing the rights will be mailed to shareholders in eligible jurisdictions along with copies of the Canadian and U.S. prospectuses.
