Elixinol Global Appoints New Global General Counsel and Company Secretary

Elixinol Global (ASX:EXL,OTCQX:ELLXF) issued a statement confirming new changes to its senior executive team with a special appointment.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Teresa Cleary who will report directly to Elixinol Global CEO, Stratos Karousos.

Teresa is an experienced corporate lawyer and governance professional with significant in-house experience which has included the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Supervising Counsel at Telstra Corporation Limited. Teresa brings expertise in commercial negotiations, corporate advisory, dispute resolution, contract management, commercial strategy and corporate governance.
