Torque Esports, Frankly, WinView Update Three-Way Combination

Torque Esports (TSXV:GAME,OTCQB:MLLLF), Frankly (TSXV:TLK,OTCQX:FRNKF) and WinView have amended the binding letter agreement with respect to a three-way business combination.

As quoted in the press release:

The parties have agreed to extend the deadline to enter into a definitive agreement for the Transaction from January 10, 2020 to January 24, 2020.
