Intrinsyc Receives New Sales Orders Valued at US$1.6 Million

Intrinsyc Technologies (TSX:ITC), a leading provider of solutions for the development of embedded and Internet of Things (IoT) products announced the receipts of orders valued at US$1,166,000.

The company said that it received orders from four clients and that orders were for the company’s Open-Q embedded computing modules related hardware components. The Open-Q modules are valued at US$292,000.

As quoted in the press release:

“Intrinsyc continues our strong sales momentum with these orders,” stated Mark Waldenberg, Vice President, Global Sales, Intrinsyc. “Our broad portfolio of embedded computing solutions is gaining strong interest due to the high-performance, advanced features, and reliability; and this is leading to new design services and hardware orders.”

The Company also received orders for software and product development services from clients valued at US$874,000. Clients are utilizing Intrinsyc’s computing modules and services to build innovative IoT products for robotics, wearables, and entertainment.

Hardware orders include an order from one client for components that are expected to be consumed in the manufacturing of computing modules for future orders, and from a second client for Open-Q™ 2100 System on Modules (“SOM”). Product development services include a new design for a client that intends to use Intrinsyc’s Open-Q™ 820 µSOM for their head-mounted device and the development of security features for a robotic device from an established company.
