Identillect Technologies (TSXV:ID) announced that Nebraska State Bar Association has selected Delivery Trust as the preferred solution to meet and exceed the regulatory requirements.

As quoted in the press release:

Identillect has seen significant growth over the past several years with many law firms and Bar Associations as the legal community has become more concerned about cyber-security attacks across the United States.

The Nebraska State Bar Association (NSBA) works for Nebraska lawyers to help them achieve the highest standards of competence, ethics and professionalism and to protect and promote the administration of, and access to justice. The NSBA has built their organization around the core values of integrity, respect, accountability, and service. The same level of commitment is placed on the security provided to their members. This has created the need for the partnership with a cyber-security leader like Identillect Technologies.

Sam Clinch, Associate Executive Director of the NSBA, “The Nebraska State Bar takes cyber-security protection for our members as a priority, and we are excited about the partnership with Identillect in providing a robust security platform to our members and bringing additional resources for education around security and regulatory compliance. We believe Delivery Trust will be well received by our member base.”

Identillect CEO Todd Sexton states, “Identillect is proud to be the security solutions provider for Nebraska State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar is a well-respected Bar and has a strong legal community taking cyber-security seriously. Identillect has taken a solid foothold with the state bar associations across the country and look forward to contributing to the ongoing benefits Nebraska bar members have come to expect from the bar.”

Cyber-security threats are increasing, 43% of cyber-attacks are aimed at small businesses due to the lack of security infrastructure. The damages cybercrimes create for a business has no end in sight, it is estimated businesses will incur more than $6 Trillion annually by 2021. The best way a business can combat being another statistic is through employee education and security protocols.
