Consolidated Communications (NASDAQ:CNSL) announced that it has expanded its on-site secure offering to Northern New England, aiding businesses with a fully managed, security solution.

As quoted in the press release:

On-site Secure provides customers a greater sense of control over their network, along with increased network visibility, by uniquely integrating next-generation firewall capabilities, advanced endpoint protection and threat intelligence.

“In today’s world of mounting cyberattacks, it’s paramount for businesses to have a solution in place to proactively secure their critical data and applications,” said Lisa Leary, vice president of business sales at Consolidated Communications. “Consolidated’s On-site Secure solution provides state-of-the art security, guarding against an ever-growing list of sophisticated attacks, before they happen. This reduces response times to incidents, mitigates end-user downtime and decreases security operation costs for businesses.”

On-site Secure has four core feature sets that work together to safely enable applications and users, while preventing threats that impact business continuity. The next-generation security platform inspects all traffic on the customer’s network – including applications, threats and content, while proactively identifying malicious attempts to damage networks.

Consolidated Communications’ experienced team fully administers and manages all updates and upgrades, provides customers with robust reporting and administration tools, and works with customers to streamline security network deployment.
