Earth Alive Signs Exclusive Multi-Year Distribution Agreement with Brenntag Latin America for its EA1 Microbial Dust Technology

MONTREAL, QC / ACCESSWIRE / December 14, 2015 / Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc. (CSE: EAC) (“Earth Alive” or the “Company”) announces it has signed an exclusive three year agreement with Brenntag Latin America (BLA), a subsidiary of Brenntag AG (ETR: BNR) (OTC PINK: BNTGF), for the production and sales of its global patent-pending EA1 dust suppressant product. EA1 is a 100% organic and biodegradable product that uses the latest advances in microbial technology to control soil born dust emanations.
Brenntag is the global market leader in chemical distribution, with over EUR 10 billion of annual revenue and around 170,000 customers, covering all major markets with its extensive product and service portfolio. Brenntag offers one-stop-shop solutions, including specific application technology, an extensive support and value-added services such as product sales, just-in-time delivery, product mixing, formulation, repackaging, inventory management and rim return handling.
