Canadian Platinum Corp.: Corporate Update

McGregor Capital Corp. (TSXV:MCP.P) and Canadian Platinum Corp. reported the Qualifying Transaction is expected to close on Wednesday.

As quoted in the press release,

In conjunction with the QT, McGregor and Canadian Platinum will amalgamate to form a corporation which will carry on under the name “Canadian Platinum Corp.”. Subject to the satisfaction of the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange, the amalgamated corporation will be listed as a Tier 2 Issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange and its common shares will trade under the symbol “CPC”.
