Zimtu Capital Corp.(TSXV:ZC) announced the signing of a new agreement with Big North Graphite Corp. Big North will now have an option to earn a 100% interest in the Grand Lac Du Nord property.
As quoted in the press release:
For its participation in the transaction, Zimtu will receive staged cash and share payments from Big North as follows: (i) $10,000 on signing; (ii) $10,000 and 375,000 common shares on acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXv”); (iii) 125,000 common shares 6 months from the date of TSXv acceptance; (iv) 125,000 common shares 12 months from the date of TSXv acceptance; (v) 125,000 common shares 14 months from the date of TSXv acceptance.
