The market news is quoted as saying,
As the key to his viewpoint, Biggar pointed to statistics showing that mine supply from the two major producers, South Africa and Russia, is flat at best and unlikely to rise to meet increasing growth in demand – leaving an imbalance at least until all-electric vehicles start to seriously impact the automotive sector which he reckons is unlikely before 2020 at the earliest.
