Telson Resources Reports All Warrants Expiring November 17, 2017 Have Been Exercised

Telson Resources Inc. (“Telson” or the “Company”) (TSXV:TSNV) advises that all warrants issued as part of a unit private placement on November 17, 2015 (the “November Warrants”) have been exercised resulting in proceeds to the Company of CAD$1,000,000.
