Prime Meridian Resources Corp. (TSXV:PMR) (“PMR” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tyler Thorburn to the board of directors as an independent director. Mr. Thorburn has 10 years of professional experience in the resource sector. Mr. Thorburn holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick.

The Company also announces that Michael Dehn has resigned from the board of directors and the Company would like to thank him for his valuable contributions.
