Cache Exploration Inc.(TSXV:CAY) announces that it has closed its previously announced financing raising an aggregate of $1,500,000, through the sale of 5,000,000 units at $0.20 comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant at $0.25 per share for two years and the sale of 2,500,000 flow through units at $0.20 per unit with half warrant for two years at $0.25.
All of the securities to be issued are subject to a four month plus one day statutory hold period and are subject to receipt of approval of regulatory authorities, including the TSX Venture Exchange.
