In the interview below, Jofre gives an overview of equity crowdfunding around the world, focusing on Canada and what is happening in the various jurisdictions.

According to Jofre, in the US, equity crowdfunding title II went live on September 23, 2013. From then until May 30, 2014, $100 billion worth of deals were filed and $30 billion worth of deals were closed.
